Richard B. Henkaline founded Henkaline & Associates, Inc. in November 1984. After retiring in 2021, the company was turned over to two long time associates and certified appraisers, Kevin Whitaker and Douglas Finke. Kevin’s son Forrest also joined the company in 2021 as a licensed appraiser, and has since earned his certification. Together, we strive to meet the highest standards of appraisal services. Of course, our team would not be complete without the help of our office manager Angela Bickett who has been with the company since 2012.
